COVER LETTER I am a Graduate Mechanical Engineer with Post graduate specialization in Marine Engineering from MERI,Mumbai. I hold Indian Chief Engineer's License and since Last NINE years sailing as Chief Engineer on MPSV(DSV& ROV), AHTS DP-2 , PSV DP II and Tanker vessels. Salient feature of my tenure as chief engineer includes dry dock experience of both offshore vessel and Oil TankerIn my tenure as Chief Engineer on a DP II vessel during dry dock I got an excellent exposure of DP system maintenance and surveys. As Chief Engineer on Oil Tanker during Dry Dock, I was responsible for Steel renewal and overhaul of all the propulsion and auxiliary machinery. I had successfully handled various surveys, certifications. I have experience of vetting inspections of oil majors like BP, Mobil, Shell, Chevron etc. I have done CDI inspections also. I have thorough experience of Operational Safety Analysis, Risk Assessment and Implementation and also conducted accident enquiry and Insurance related issues while serving as Chief Engineer.I had sailed with reputed principals as GREATSHIP,BRITISH PETROLEUM,MTMM Tankers, MISC BERHAD and many other companies of International repute. I have developed good interpersonal skills while sailing with different nationalities world wide.To cap all of this I am quite enthusiastic to acquire new skills.
